He started his career in sales with airlines. After being a strong performer, he moved to United Airlines. He earned experience in sales, quality and training while working with United Airlines. To pursue his mission in life of assisting individuals to flourish and progress, he started freelancing in training and worked for clients like LIC, Nokia, Ace Batteries, Videocon, Supertron, Reliance etc. He has specialisation in areas like Motivation, Behavioural Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Parenting, Career Strategising, Positive Thinking, Goal Setting etc.

He is regularly invited by Colleges for Keynote Speeches, Guest Lectures, Seminars etc. His seminars have already benefited institutions like BIMTECH, GD Goenka Business School, Invertis University, Jaipuria Institute, Apeejay College and many more.

Along with the rich experience in training and different verticals, he is a Six Sigma Certified, PCMMI Certified, IATA/UFTAA Qualified, Alumni of AAFT Film School, member of NHRD. He was amongst youngest Scientists of India in a science reality show on national channel.
